Flying and passage attack walls
« on: February 10, 2014, 09:54:49 AM »
The rulebook says that a flying creature can fly over a 'passage block' wall. But does this also apply on the walls with passage attack? F.e. a thunderift falcon is flying over a wall of fire. Does the wall attack the falcon or not?

No. Flying creatures fly above any walls.

It should also be noted that you can not push a flying creature into or through any walls other than the outside arena walls. This is in the FAQ.

There is nothing in the rules that I am aware of that would allow snatch to work differently. It is still described as a push effect, and there is no mention of affecting flyers differently from other push effects. The only difference inherent to snatch is the direction of the push.

Unfortunately you can not snatch a flyer through a wall with thornlasher. You would be snatching it over the wall instead.

The creature would

A: Have to lose flying in some way.
B: Be sent through a flying wall with passage attack (seeing as we currently do not have any this will not happen)
