So what spoiler do we get today? Knight for an Eye or Eye of the Re helm? :P

Voice of the Sea won, so after lunch you'll all get that spoiler.

Here in Switzerland it's almost bed time, just saying...  ::)

What would be great would be a well oehanized and simple collection of GOOD books. Not frugal and not hidden in a forum with variations on page 4.

Building 2-3 books per mage and a description how to build spellbooks is something we could easily do as a group.  ;D It wouldn't even take time for  AW apart from uploading the final document.

I totally agree that this is something wonderful that should be on AW website.

We could organise books by style of playing. Each one described generally, with one or two openings detailed.

Who's in?

New preview posted...

Finally some terrain conjuration!

Rules for them seem pretty straightforward and make sense. It's easier to "terraform" arena ground than already terraformed ground.

Will be very nice to use with the siren, she seems to be the first mage to make an important use of the possibility to "place" things on the arena and to move things around. It will not anymore be the " I teleport you to where my two biggest creatures are....".  I like that a lot.

Laddinfance: Will cantrip be a trait for all terrain conjurations?

I went for "Luminous Blast" as it sounds like a light attack spell and my Malakai's Priest is waiting for it for so long!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!

Thank you for the preview!!!!

Not so exciting in terms of "new" creature, as familiars already exist, but having someone that protects you while you go to combat lets you expect the best for the paladin!

I'd say Equipment, cause the stat cards are not in the poll... And also because I love equipments!

General Discussion / Re: about waiting...
« on: September 19, 2015, 04:18:24 PM »
I think that waiting for the sole purpose of waiting is a bad thing. You should always have a goal and a direction to follow.  Of course you can have a strategy where you wait by dealing with your opponent's threats before you take yours out. But if you just wait and do nothing you give enough time to your oppent to kill your mage.

On the Tric Trac forum (french) we have this topic (created by steack - I think I saw him here also) with a lot of Academy cards I didn't saw anywhere else:  http://www.trictrac.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=153291

I really like the Azurean Genie a lot by the way, gives a lot of interesting possibilities once in play. It can buff a creature three times then attack on his own.

This is just a copy of this thread: http://forum.arcanewonders.com/index.php?topic=14337.0

Haha, sorry, I had no idea this topic existed even that I was looking for spoilers everyday :(

General Discussion / Re: Test your Skills... Enchantments
« on: July 27, 2015, 03:38:32 PM »
Really interesting preview!

These new enchanments can give more versatility to existing decks. They will not bring new archetypes in the game, but will nicely implement beastmaster books. That wolf thingy on falcons will be very annoying for example...

Thank you for that preview! :-*

Really interesting to read! Thank you for posting!

Too bad such events aren't available in Europe...

You guys fly me out there, I'll play you. ;-)

But seriously, I am too. Right now the logistics are simply mind-boggling. I"m hoping things will open up in the future and make an AW trip to Europe more feasible, at least for me.

Can't fly you here, but once you're here I'll play you (and defeat you...)

By the way I wasn't saying this in a bad way, it was not a complaint, but more the expression of my hopes!!
