New Wizards?

Has anyone been playing Wizard lately? I thought there would be a lot of discussion with all the changes. I've been running a creature-heavy Voltari build, wondering about the near-creatureless high armor banker builds and if they survived the errata. If you stock up on lightning spells, focus more in-book, then towers should be almost as effective, no?

Most of the lightning spells don't do that much damage - no buffs with Tower.

Stuns and Daze are really good but you need something that kills the enemy mage.

I wouldnt count out Wizard Tower in 75 min games.

The only wizard i played against since the nerf has been a buddy (jelly) that used a mana drain strategy with obelisk, siphon, altar of peace, essence drain, and the card that makes ot where you pay to move?...it didnt use much lightning spells and was really annoying to play against but if you can mana manage for a long game you can win against it.

I build Wizard after a Nerf. I was able to use promos so, Staff of Storms were present and i must say, i have a lot of fun. Right now, i am thinking about Wizard Swarm. That could be fun too
