Title: arcane ward
Post by: drmambo23 on April 27, 2016, 01:16:23 AM
in the wording of arcane ward it says non mage object. I know this is used mostly for equipment but does "object" refer to anything that is not a mage such as enchantments, conjurations and creatures? Or is it just any object (equipment/ enchant) attached to the mage only?

Thanks

Pretty much anything but attack spells and incantations (including zones).

A zone is a non-mage object too...

Don't think it is. Decoy's target line says "object or zone". So a zone is not an object

Personally I would say that a zone is not an object. A zone is an area of the board in which objects are placed.

There is no need for riddles or mysteries here :)

<Mage Wars Codex>
Object
Enchantments, equipment, creatures, and conjurations are spells which
become objects in the game, remaining in play after they are cast. The
Mage is also considered an object. Incantation and attack spells do not
become objects.

I recant, Zone isn't an object!
