Title: How many tickets needed to register for gen con tournament?

How many tickets do I need to use to register for the gen con tournament? And will it use generics or will it need specific event tickets? I'm trying to budget out some of my spending, and the sooner I know the answer to this question the easier it will be to plan what I'm going to buy and what I'm not going to buy.

It costs $8 to enter the Gen Con tournament I do believe. You may buy them specifically for the event which guarantees you a spot or you may buy general tickets and fill any empty spots. I suggest buying the ticket for the event itself.
