Does it give it's ability to everyone in the arena or just in it's square.

It gives it to all friendly soldiers in the arena, if it only gave it to friendly soldiers in the zone it would say it on the card like standard bearer does. Also for 10 mama and 3 spell book points armory would be fairly useless if it it only effected the zone it is in
