Teleport and Reverse Magic

So the Mage would be the controller and if they were out of range or LoS to the original caster then the spell would merely be canceled and not reversed.

That's the only part I'm still fuzzy on too. I understand that you're now the controller, but for the purposes of range and LoS, who is "you' on the board?

The caster of the spell does not change. So the choices are made as if you are the other caster.

That's bizarre since you are reassigning positions to a target that you potentially can't even see, but I'll take it.

Isn't range already set?  The caster had to pay the mana for the spell as part of step 1.  For teleport this has set the range. 

Where are the rules about adding extra mana into a reversed spell?   Ahh found it in Shadow's reply below:

Ok, guess that writes off everything I had to say!   Although it seems the most likely resolution would be 'you on the board' is 'the owner of the targeted creature, rather than the caster of the reverse magic'.  Specially thinking about a team game, I cast reverse magic on my team mates direwolf.  Opponent tries to teleport the direwolf, reverse magic is revealed, but it would be difficult to track the owner of the spell.  Creature ownership is already tracked.  Although I guess we do try and track  friendly vs enemy spells on a creature.

Another option is to use HTML code-

[ url=WEB SITE LINK HERE] What you want the word to be [/url]

^ see that space between [ and url=? Take that space out and you can do it anywhere-even facebook and the like.

So just copy that and paste (But delete that very first space) put the link where it says WEB SITE LINK HERE. and put what you want it to say where it says- What you want the word to be.

Interesting, but I can see the rationale. So the zone range and LOS is relative to whoever on my side initially cast it. It's not being "recast" by the original target.
