Voltaic Discharge

Returning to Mage Wars after one year hiatus  :)

Will Voltaic Discharge attack the caster? I am assuming yes because the card does not state otherwise like in Electrify.

Mage Wars Academy : Voltaic Discharge
Cost: 6; Range: 0-0; Targe:.. Zone; Zone Attack... Effect text is blank

Mage Wars Arena : Electrify
Cost: 9; Range: 0-0; Targe:.. Zone; Zone Attack... Effect text says: Attack all objects in the zone except the caster.

Yes, Voltaic Discharge attacks the caster as well.

I was wondering about this card.. So, zone attacks are always unavoidable in Arena, but is this attack unavoidable in Academy?
