General Discussion / Promos with Druid vs. Necro Pre-Order

The newsletter mentioned that there are promos being given away with pre-orders for the Druid vs. Necromancer expansion. Will these be available through retailers as well, or do we have to wait until we are able to pre-order through the Mage Wars website?

1. Does Battle Orders require an action or quick cast to be used, or is a free action?

2. Does Vampirism work on attack spells such as Fireball?

3. Can a Warlock use 2 Fireshaper Rings at the same time?

4. Does Helm of Fear work against an Unavoidable attack?

5. Does a familiar or spawnpoint with a channeling of 1 come into play with 1 mana token, or 0?

6. Do I take damage from Mage Bane if I Steal Enchantment and attach it to his/her mage?

League / Tournament Play / New Facebook Page - Long Island Mage Wars

I created a new Facebook page for people on Long Island (and the NYC metro area that want to find semi-local events). I'm holding a demo at Brothers Grim in Selden on July 28th at 3pm, and I'll be setting up more to try to get a league/organized play going at various locations throughout the Island. Are there any events being held on Long Island, NY? Is anyone from Long Island that would be interested in organized play? I'm sure I can arrange something at a local shop.
