Everything seems eerily quiet regarding Academy availability in the UK. None of my usual sources have any idea when it will arrive.

Same problems here: The local store has pre-ordered for quite some people but he doesn't seem to know when it will actually arrive. He did tell me shipments should come from the netherlands.

I'm looking into it right now. They should have already been on their way to England, but I'm not sure when they'll get there. That is what I'm trying to find out now.

Okay, just got done talking to Production. Our fulfillment center says that the product should be in England. So you should be able to find it at a store. However, they're going to check with our distributor in England and see if there was some hold-up that we were not aware of. I hope this helps. I certainly want you to get the product.

Hi sIKE, thanks my old mate. I am back.

Been sidetracked into Pox Nora and Star Wars Imperial Assault. I find it very difficult to find players who will commit to really learning Mage Wars so I hope I can get some action with Academy.

My BGG thread on this received an answer and pointed me towards IGUK who have Academy IN STOCK tonight.

A guy on BGG mentioned that Germany had it but had sold out. You can import from IGUK if you want the English version.

Although everywhere else in the UK says they are getting it Monday or Tuesday, so I have a sneaky suspicion IGUK didn't have it in stock, and just stole a march on everyone, on the basis of it coming in in the next couple of days.

Still, it looks like we will have it this week in a variety of places.

Honestly? Never ones I use...

I buy 90-95% of my games through 2 stores, one is very honest about what they have and what's a preorder, and the other shows me precise stock levels. They both happen to be the best price (my sole selection criteria in truth) but also excellent service delivery in a couple of days from my order, and no problems.

After reading a post here I ordered from IGUK to Germany and have it since last week. All german distributors were or are slower. But IGUK had it in stock is what I can now guarantee.
