Quick cast action marker is gone.

I was at my FLGS and one of my quick cast action markers disappeared along with my D12. Does my domination set have any in it, or are they only sold separately? Additionally, I found out when I went to buy a new d12, the standard size d12 is slightly bigger than the mage wars size. Why is this, and does it matter?

Is it possible to have a replacement quick cast action marker sent to me, and how much would that cost? I would prefer one of the old qc markers from the third edition core set for the sake of aesthetic consistency since that is the edition I have.
