You're in luck.

The bulk of the design team is here in DFW. We will be working to get organized play up and running in this area as soon as the game is available to retailers.

If you would like to help run events or work with stores, let us know. We may be able to use you.

Hedge - I was thinking of setting up some kind of loose Dallas tournament. Any Dallas players could meet some of the design team, we could do pizza and beer and then play some Mage Wars! You think you've got any players in the area who would be interested in that kind of thing?

Hey all, another DFW player looking to get together for Mage Wars. I was thinking of talking to my local store (GenX Comics) and seeing if they'd let me run some Mage Wars demo days or tourneys.

Did anyone ever really hash out some details? Anyone in or around Euless want to play?

I'm Sure Wayne wouldn't have a problem. Set up aTournament and we would make it. we usually meet at the denny's, or Taco cabana down the street from Gen-X

Hey there everyone.  New Mage in the area.

I recently picked up the game because it was a pretty game, I enjoy the deck building aspect, and overall it was a great feel at Gen Con.  Sadly I don't know anyone who really plays it so was hoping to find someone in the area to shoot spells at one another.  Any local stores happen to have a showing for this game?

Hey there.  I'm actually in the Euless area (Euless exactly to be honest).  I'd be down to play some games.

I live in Dallas proper, I bought the game for myself. Does anyone know if any stores in the area will be hosting weekend or Friday night games. Maybe take over Friday night magic, lol.  But do let me know I've yet to have anyone to play it with.

Hey!  I just picked up a copy of the game and I'm looking for some people to play it with too.  I'm in Lewisville but I don't mind driving somewhere to meet up.  I'm free Sunday afternoon and usually Saturday afternoon.

Every Thursday I play at the Dallas games marathon in Plano from 6pm to about 2am.

Also I am working with at starting OP because there are lots of people interested. Once a months they have the bug event which is Friday Saturday and Sunday. It's great we just had one on the 15-17th.

Send me a private message if you want more info and want to be on my list for OP.

Also come by and if you haven't played I can run you through a intro game.

I am looking at renting out the space on the unused days just for mage wars. Anyone let me know of interested.

@Cross,

I go over that way a fair bit so I know how far it is! Hopefully you will make it often as the weekly events are great but the Monthly ones are even better! Send me your email on private message and I will notify you of organized play when I get that started.
