You know this is pretty solid.  I like where you going it is close to an idea that I had.

Additions,

+ Surging Wave or the Knockdown Spell.
+ Tanglevine or Qucksand (I prefer Tanglevine).
+ Defense Ring with Rune and Spike Buckler or Reflex Boots is really strong.
+ 1 or 2 earth walls if you can squeeze it in.
+ Steep Hill not a must have but nice

Attack
2 x Hurl Boulder
1 x Acid Ball
3 x Hurl Rock

Conjuration
1 x Battle Forge
2 x Mana Flower
2 x Ballista
1 x Hand of Bim-Shalla

Creature
2 x Iron Golem
1 x Dwarf Panzergarde

Enchantment
3 to 2 x Regrowth (These only really help you)
3 to 2 x Rhino Hide (These only really help you)
1 x Armor Ward
1 to 2 x Retaliate (Great for Golem and no force Reveal)
1 to 2 x Bear Strength (I'd make the opponent remove this from you twice)
3 to 2 x Critical Strike (I am not sure if this can be cast on the Golems..)
1 x Akiro's Favor
1 x Divine Might

Equipment
2 x Harshforge Plate
1 x Moonglow Amulet
1 x Mage Wand
2 x Elemental Wand
1 x Leather Chausses
1 x Morning Star
1 x Elemental Cloak
2 x Veteran's Belt
1 x Wand of Healing - (You like the healing wands, How are they working in game for you?)
1 x Reflex Boots
2 x Champion's Gauntlets
1 x Spiked Buckler

Incantation
1 x Charge
1 x Defend
1 x Battle Fury
1 x Teleport
2 x Dissolve
3 x Dispel
1 x Minor Heal
1 x Purify
1 x Remove Curse
1 x Crumble (I'd just run 3 dissolves the full action dissolve at range one can be tricky to pull off)
1 x Seeking Dispel

There are some things such as Mind's eye + teleport wand you may have overlooked.

But also i'm not really sure what the gameplan is. If you are trying to pressure the opponent you should have more attackspells and creatures that are fit for that plan. It seems as though you are playing for the long game but i think there are some problems:

There are not that many creatures in the book and slower builds might be able to take the board from you.

And you only run 1x Acid ball 2x dissolve and 1x(with ruotherne sort of 2X) Mage wand. so if mage wand gets dissolved against a tanky player they might be hard to kill after that.

As littlenog pointed out, Iron Golems are Non-living, so can't benefit from several of your buffs (Hand of BS, Critical Strike, Regrowth). I realize you might want a Psychic Immune buddy for certain match-ups, but I might suggest going down to 1 Golem (specifically for those match-ups) and maybe Dwarf Kriegshammer as your default slugger buddy. Alternatively, Knight of the Red Helm is a decent compromise for a 3 sbp buddy, being Psychic Immune and Living. Not as beefy as the Golem, but easier to heal/buff, and I've found KotRH tends to over-perform, getting his +2 melee bonus more often than not. I've both run them, and run into them, in pairs. But ymmv.

By the way, Lesser Teleports are auto-includes in my Warlord books now. Novice, only 2 mana, and puts your Golem where you need him or repositions your guarding Panzergarde (or your mage, for that matter) for a very affordable price. It's even cheaper than Force Push (although arguably not as versatile).

Tbh, I've considered the following
Rust works better with the golems.
A creature that has self sustain that can work as my buddy.
Poisoned Blood

Note: I think I added in a surging wave right after posting the book.
What would you remove to make room for all that?

I'd remove a Dispel, the Moonglow Amulet, the Elemental Cloak, a Critical Strike, a Regrowth(or two) and a Rhino Hide. As stated you only have one other creature who can benefit from buffs and your battle orders for that matter. I'd probably swap an Iron Golem for a Minotaur or some other big beater. Focus on the Warlords strengths and don't worry about equipment that isn't meant for him. Slim done on some of the redundancy and give yourself more of what makes a Warlord strong.

What would you remove to make room for all that?

Start by dropping Moonglow Amulet. It's 3 sbp's, and you already have 2 Mana Flowers... You plan to win by killing the opposing mage, not by outliving him in old age.  :P

Do you think you'll ever play Spiked Buckler? It takes up the slot of a Wand or your melee weapon. I guess it might be "nice to have" against Level 1 creature swarms... I'd drop it for now; add it back if you really find you need it.

Retaliate isn't very good. I know it's only 1 sbp, but every sbp counts, especially for Warlords.

If you're sticking with 2 Golems and 1 Panzergarde, then I'd recommend dropping a Critical Strike (e.g. 2 for your mage, none for your creatures).

This might be crazy, but if you significantly cut down on your Enchantments (e.g. maybe just keep 2  copies each of Critical Strike and Regrowth), then you *might* be able to justify dropping most of the Dispels/Seeking Dispel and going with [mwcard=MWSTX2FFJ01]Harshforge Monolith[/mwcard]. And in that case, I'd probably swap Divine Might for a Mage Staff. Even at +1 sbp for the staff, there are several benefits: (1) Divine Might is a lot easier for your opponent to get rid of (1 Dispel vs. having to Disable your Gauntlets before Dissolving the Mage Staff), (2) you'll also benefit from the Reach trait, especially against Mind's Eye, and (3) it can be spawned by Battle Forge.

Why the Cloak, solid enough I would think.

Cause it's 3 spell points and it's not that mandatory. Frost doesn't even exist yet so you're getting Fire and Lightning protection. While that's nice you'd be better with more armor in general. If you want elemental protection take a Waterfall cloak to protect against Acid and remove burns that way. Or even a raincloud to give you some healing though it's more points and trickier to maintain I concede.

Arcane toys are for mages that don't pay triple for Arcane. A wands fine so long as the gloves are on but you're a Warlord, don't try to be a Wizard.

Until I saw this book I never thought about having 2 Ballista out.

A lot of the enchantment spells you are replacing are 2 sbp.

-1 Regrowth 2 sbp
-1 Rhino Hide 2 sbp
-1 Armor Ward - I honestly think this can go to but it is preference 3 sbp
-1 Critical Strike Unless you bring in some more creatures 1 sbp
-1 Moonglow Amulet 3 sbp
-1 Iron Golem 3 sbp

That is 14 Points there.

+1 Retaliate 1 sbp
+1 Bear Strength 2 sbp
+1 Acid Ball 2 sbp
+1 Surging Wave/Knockdown 2 sbp

Leaves you with 7 Points to toss around.

Titanodon is pretty solid if you want a big living creature to benefit from some of your enchantments.

Hmmm... You've got 6 pieces of equipment that want to use hand slots, and single copies of 3 Command spells (Defend, Battle Fury and Charge)... Why not a [mwcard=FWQ05]Helm of Command[/mwcard]? It's cheaper in both mana and sbp's than a Mage Wand, and doesn't compete with any of your other equipment - and only costs 1 to swap spells. Defend is particularly good for getting an extra Intercept out of your Panzergarde, and it would be great to use Charge whenever you want to move your Titanodon or Golem. Maybe cut a Rhino Hide for it?

Hmm,

I like the mage staff on ALOT of mages, but for an AT Warlord an elemental wand with Hurl Rock is just to efficient to pass up.

4 mana for 5 dice or 3 mana for 5 dice with a Rune in a protected slot thanks to champion gauntlets is really strong.

I really don't think you need to have 2 elemental wands, but it is a primary part of your battle plan so having a backup is good.  In matches where your opponent has good equipment removal at their disposal.
(Druids and other Nature Mages)

One spell that I think you will find very useful is Sniper Shot.

Holy and some other schools have a lot of defense creatures and you need a way to make sure the 8 mana boulders are hitting.  Sniper Shot on your mage wand is my suggestion.

Power strike is also a nice command spell which will work on your Iron Golem.  If you get a helm power strike is the perfect spell for it.

You also don't have a single ring slot used.  Defense Ring is good for your Buckler and Boots.

Your setup seem rather dependent on your forge a 2nd copy might be advised.
2 Surging waves can kill a forge relatively easy.
