Malacoda - what are the correct stats?

I have seen a couple of different traits on this card, involving poison immunity and damage type, or not. What is correct wording of this card?

he is living.
Immune to poisen.
Does poisen damage every upkeep.

How do you know these are the latest stats? Is there a marker on the card?

maybe you could upload somewhere correct version of the Malcouda and put it for example in the same place as BF, HoBS and ToL cards?
