Title: regarding tokens
Post by: Avarice on April 02, 2014, 01:23:46 PM
Hey all. Just a quick question. On tokens like weak, burn, etc., I can pay a removal cost at beg of round without using dispell? Or only priestess can remove tokens easily?

Only the priestess has an ability which does this. There are other ways, however, like the card "Purify" which can be used to remove poison conditions, or "Geyser" which removes burns.

You can only remove token by paying mana if a spell or ability specificaly tell you that you can. Example: Purify spell allow you to remove poison-type tokens.

Oh ok. Ty so much guys. I can see how annoying it could be when they start stacking and you don't have right cards. Hmm.

Just to be clear what you're referencing are condition markers. Tokens are slightly different. Just trying to be clear.

You're fine. I just didn't want that distinction to cause you issues in the future.
