Hi
I have a short question. In what expansion i can find Mind's Eye card?
And is there any list with promo cards?

 minds eye is in the Lost Grimoire expansion. A full list of available promis can be found In the Octgn spellbook builder. Dunno of any other place to find all of them.

There is a combined card list on BGG for Arena located at this link. I need to update the promo tab with the two that came in Paladin vs. Siren expansion, but otherwise should it should be a compilation of promo cards for Arena. It also shows which ones have been included in Expansions.
