Dispel runes (FIF warlord)

It might have been asked before but I can't find it anywhere.

Can you dispell the runes on armor? And if so, does it cost you 1 or 2 mana?

Check the target line on dispel. Dispel can only target revealed enchantments. Runes are not enchantments, therefore they cannot be dispelled. However if you destroy the equipment the rune is on, the rune will also go away.
