I'm not surprised by that answer. I work on a mac and I've tested it on Safari, Firefox and Chrome. I will most likely work if you use one of those browsers on windows too. I have no (easy) way of testing and fixing it for IE and it's not a priority at the moment. Sorry...

This is what the builder looks like when you first visit the page. You need to select the number of sets you own and the click hide sets in the upper right corner.

After you've done that once it should look like this when you visit it next time. Hovering your cursor over the spell will display it. There are 16 slots, each holds a separate spellbook. Spellbooks will persist across sessions if you use the same browser/computer. You can export/import, but the format (at this point) is not compatible with other builders so it's only good to move your books around and use this spellbook builder.

If you still have issues try a different (and up to date) browser. If that doesn't help feel free to PM a screenshot and I'll look into it.

What card would you like to add? A few promos or a bunch of cards (for example adding Academy)?

Hi guys,

I've posted a new version of my spellbook builder, it is still available at https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/spell-book-builder/sbb.html edit: http://www.spellbookbuilder.com

This version includes Paladin vs. Sire and Lost Grimoire.

I've been talking to AW and they showed some interest in supporting me, but they were incredibly inert (we've been emailing for more than 2 months with no action taken) so I decided to go ahead and publish without their blessing/support/approval/whatever as I saw a lot of people complaining about spellbook in the forums lately.

I've included a downloadable version at https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/spell-book-builder/SBB.zip for those of you who want to use spellbook builder without internet connection (on planes, vacations...) or if you just want spell images to load faster.

Cheers

Can you post a screenshot of your window so I can try and figure out what the problem is?

I stand corrected, don't spam customer service, we don't want to annoy Alfiya :D

I'm only looking for permission to publish PvS support until AW is able to come to some kind of satisfactory solution.

I do have it up and running for me so I'm only looking to make life easier for the rest of the community.

Made another update, includes fixes for spell limits for some epic spells and fixed calculation for Druid.

I added support for PvS, scanned all the spells, entered all the data manually but I can't publish that without AW consent. I asked about it but did not get a yes or a no, they are currently considering their next steps regarding spellbook builder.

I'll put it online the moment they allow it, feel free to spam AW customer support and ask for it :)

Spellbook Design and Construction / Paladin spell cost calculation
« on: November 13, 2016, 10:21:10 AM »
Hi,

working on adding PvS to my spellbook builder and just wanted to clarify something.

When Paladin uses level 4 non-creature Holy spell, how much does it cost?

8 points (2 per level)
or
5 points (1 per levels 1-3, 2 for level 4)

Thanks

I didn't get much (visible) work done on my spellbook builder lately, but there is an improvement I included that most of you will like. Sorting by type no longer sorts alphabetically, it now sorts by spell type order most of us use in our spellbooks. Spells will also be sorted when you first open by type and name. Hope you like it :)

@bigfatchef: your spellbooks will persist across multiple sessions as long as you use the same computer. I prefer this way as it is non intrusive and "just works". It was also the easiest way of doing it without needing a script in the backend to generated and import files :D

Didn't really bother to make it work on a phone, I wanted to have something usable on a 13" laptop.

Cheers
