I had a Gray Angel (4 dice) with a Bear Strength (2 dice) roll 9 critical damage and a miss! I doubt I'll ever see anything close to that again.
What has been your most odds-defying roll thus far?

At Origins I was watching a match for the finals. The Wizard player has Hawk Eye, and Lightning Ring. He needs 14 damage to knock out the other mage after the 2 armor. On the roll he gets 7 critical twos for the match win of the finals.
On a side note my worst roll ever was 5 damage one 36 dice.

36 dices ??? May be a Chain lightning or ....i can`t imagine something else make you throw 36 dices.

It was a combo that got fixed and reworded. :evil:
Wall of thorns used to not subtract any levels. Marked of death used to read when this creature is attacked. Plus 2 force pushes. because they had no armor or defensive items I rolled all the dice at the same time. Otherwise it would have been 12 rolls at 3dice each.
It is things like this that make testing so important.

7 critical twos is sweet. What spell was he using? For the base dice?

CL - Just before he rolled several of us said it would take a perfect roll to win but anything less and he loses. He looks at us and says all I can do is try.

I don't recall # of dice, but I do know I've rolled all crit-2's on multiple occasions. I've also rolled all misses on multiple occasions.
