Hi Mages!
Question: can I use incantation "Steal Equipment" on enemy's Galvitar, then destroy it (because I'm not Forcemaster) and this equipment return in MY spellbook, because I'm the controller of this equipment after cast "Steal Equipment".

It returns to owners spellbook and not controller.
Owner = mage who put the card in his spellbook (before match begun).

It is as Jack explained.
When using [mwcard=FWI09]Steal Equipment[/mwcard] there is only a change between Controllers, not owners. There is no way that card from your opponents spellbook will end up in your spellbook or graveyard.

My understanding is if you are not X mage, you can not steal any item that is X mage only.

Yes, but you can still use Steal Equipment because it says if you are not trained you simply destroy it. So, basically, if you try and steal a Lash of Helfire when you're not a Warlock (as it is pictured on the card :P), you have actually payed twice as much to just destroy the item.

Jacksmack and the elaboration from Boocheck is correct. Enjoy your Banana Stickers.

Even if you would steal Galvitar as the Forcemaster and then replace it with other weapon it wouldn't go to your spellbook.
